This is the Declaration of Candidacy for persons wanting to run for the Board of Education on Feb. 3, 2009. Each must be a registered voter and reside within the district they intend to represent. The districts up for election are: District 1, District 2 and District 3. See map.

504 Policy The Board of Education has approved a new policy - Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Policy JBB) relating to our students. LCPS encourages parents and staff to read the policy . See also JBB-RA regulation for the policy, and Compliance Documents for SAT/504
